Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
  
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure machinery is functioning properly and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and perform repairs as needed.
  
• Collaborate with production engineers to optimize machine performance and reduce downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance schedules, inventory management, and safety protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field (CNC maintenance).
  
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
  
• Strong knowledge of industrialization processes and practices; familiarity with EEE principles preferred.
  
• Proficiency in machine maintenance, machining operations, plant maintenance, utility maintenance.
