Job Introduction:

Magna New Mobility is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in an AWS Cloud environment. As the Sire Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with an innovative Software Platform Team, taking on the critical role of maintaining and building our infrastructure and tools related to one of our most critical products

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop tools and flows to automate and optimize software deployment, testing and monitoring,

across cloud and on-premise infrastructure, especially in AWS.

• Deploy and monitor applications in Production environment using Terraform, Kubernetes, monitoring and logging tools along with other technologies.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to establish SLAs that meets business needs.
• Ensure availability and reliability of software infrastructure by following best practices and standards.
• Proactively perform other duties as necessary for completion of projects and achievement of

departmental goals.

Knowledge and Education:

Bachelors degree or Equivalent Experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related studies.

Work Experience:

5 years of experience in Cloud DevOps Engineering / SRE, ideally in an AWS environment

Skills and Competencies:

• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Github, Jenkins, Gitlab.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python.
• Experience with configuration management and deployment automation tools, such as Terraform, Ansible
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Registry.
• Experience in production deployment: scaling, performance, monitoring, security and networking.
• Experience working with monitoring and logging tools, such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
