Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Digital Marketing cum Sales Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital marketing along with a knack for data analysis and sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. Support in creating content for marketing materials and online campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Sales Operations: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations, timely order processing, and customer follow-ups. Support the sales team in data management, report generation, and forecasting. Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information regarding leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance metrics for both marketing and sales activities. Conduct data analysis to derive insights and make actionable recommendations for improvement in marketing and sales strategies. Create dashboards to track digital marketing and sales operations performance.
• MS Office & Tools Proficiency: Use MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare and present reports, presentations, and documentation. Efficiently manage data sets and perform analysis using Excel.

Qualifications:
