Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for marketing collateral, digital platforms & product packaging.

- Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring brand design consistency quality across all media.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams.

- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedbacks to elevate the overall team capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines & maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

- B.Des/M.Des from tier 1 design college. (NIFT/NID preferred)

- Proven experience as a senior graphic designer

- Proficient in industry standard design softwares (Adobe Creative Suites,Figma etc)

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced env.

- Ability to take ownership of projects and provide creative direction.
