Storage Engineer

Education & Experience

Bachelors degree preferably with an engineering background

710-year meaningful work experience, and preferably with a background in leading tech

innovation projects and development teams.

Proven track record in managing storage solutions for highly critical environments.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Expertise with Fiber Channel SAN technologies namely VMAX, VNX, and Brocade.

Expertise in managing all kinds/levels of incidents and refresh related work in FC technologies.

Experience and hands-on in building new arrays and fabric switches and SAN technologies.

Experience in installation and configuration of Vmax/NetApp Storage and SAN Switches

Create and manage the Users, Groups

Configuring and Multipathing of storage LUNs and NAS connectivity.

Physical Storage Management: Aggregate, Volumes and Qtree, Snapshot, Snap restore.

Conduct ongoing evaluations of the storage infrastructure to identify and address potential

issues and optimize performance.

Perform regular maintenance, including updates, patches, and system checks, to ensure

stability and security of storage systems.

Implement monitoring practices to track storage performance, promptly identifying and resolving

any deviations from optimal operation.
