Key responsibilities

1)Accurate Purchase order creation

2) Participate and provide inputs in setting up robust solutions
3) Exhibit a mind-set of cost reduction & optimization
4) Able to close cost validation with accuracy of 95% consistently
5) Risk assessment on cost validation - develop mitigation plan
6) Identify data source for validating cost
7) Flag cost variance/over run, drive disputes resolution
8) Active participation and collaboration with interdependent teams on cost related items
9) Ability to collaborate with operations, commercial & procurement

1) Invoice posting team
2) Operations team
3) Procurement team
4) Vendor data Management team
5) Cost Controlling team
6) Internal Auditors
7) Finance Business Partners
8) LOC & Cluster Finance team

1) Vendors

Required experience

1) Bachelor degree in Accounting/Audit/Finance related courses
2) 5+ years of prior experience in accounting /accounts payable.
3) Developed communication skills both verbal and written with ability to convince vendors on changes required
4) Capability to work on cross functional objectives
5) Good in Excel & MS Access skills. SAP knowledge is mandatory
