- B Com, Mcom, MBA Finance etc
- Experience: AR, OTC process Gallup / Engagement
- Should have handled a team size of 10-15 FTE with a Gallup of 90 Percentile or similar score.
- Leadership experience: in the 8 Years of overall experience should have 3 years of People Management Experience.
- Behaviours : High Sense of Urgency, Excellent communication, Stakeholder Management , Detailed / Data and process driven

Nothing that we could like. If you butter your seniors you will be given promotion and good hike.
Management is full of politics including HR(People Partner) they should be named as Management Partner not people Partner. They will demote you, keep shuffling you from one team to another team, you cannot voice out coz they will name you with attitude.
