Senior Solution Architect

• Lead solution architecture efforts, designing robust solutions for end customers.
• Oversee existing applications and guide development teams.
• Evaluate, prototype, and choose technologies/frameworks. Develop solution accelerators and related materials.
• Evolve existing applications to meet evolving business and customer needs.
• Work within engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and reduce technical debt.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of application changes and implementation cycles (research, design, development, testing, deployment).
• Work on complete software development/implementation with unit testing and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and production incidents.
• Follow DevOps practices and configure deployments for business deliverables.
• Participate in building, supporting, and operating software under the DevOps model.
• Drive customer and last-mile carrier implementations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve business deliverable efficiency.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical support during cutover activities.
• Suggest improvements to internal code frameworks, best practices, and guidelines.
• Share knowledge with team members to enhance productivity.
• Ensure technical decisions align with the application roadmap.
• Assist in solving technical problems.
• Address technical concerns and suggestions.
• Advise on solution test strategy and scope.
• Provide leadership and expertise to multiple teams on complex projects.
• Develop, maintain, and publish standards, guidelines, and processes aligned with Enterprise Architecture.
• Identify, discuss, and decide on exceptions to Enterprise Architecture principles during solution design.
• Participate in technology roadmaps/blueprints for new solutions and legacy system migration.

• Experience in .NET technology & PHP programming
• Experience with UML diagramming.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• At least 8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 6 years designing and building scalable applications.
• Engineering or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a hands-on Technical Architect or Solution Architect.
• Strong understanding of different architectural approaches.
• Ability to explain the technical merits and value of Cloud computing.

Strong knowledge and experience in:

• Cloud computing

• Analytics
• UI frameworks (React, Angular, etc)

Familiarity with and experience implementing:

• SOAP APIs
• Authentication standards and protocols
• Microservices (Design & Development)
• REST principles
• UX/UI principles

• Expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing cloud solutions with exposure to AI and IoT.
• Exposure to Digital Transformation and architecting/developing digital platforms & products.
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based Cloud Architecture software development and migration.
• Proficient in Agile/XP practices. Strong team player with autonomy and individual motivation.
• Excellent communication skills to convey results and insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Basic knowledge of Linux servers.
