Job Description
- Manage reefer Shipkit and spares crossing Own, TC and VSA fleets.
- Coordinate with supply chain of vessel reefer Shipkit and spare processes and projects.
- Manage VSA Shipkit and spare process with partners.
- Manage special reefers Shipkit and spare process.
- Drive Reefer spare vendor management.
- Drive ESG agenda in operations
Required Experience and Skills:
- Good understanding of reefer knowledge and been familiar with Reefer units (Carrier, Star Cool, Daikin & Thermo King) on-board vessels
- Knowledge of Reefer Freon, spares & Shipkit handling processes.
- Knowledge of repair feasibilities on-board, Ship/Vessel structure, operations, and day to day ship/vessel tasks
- Ability to identify what content works best along the customer journey and the ability to build efficient customer journeys.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and proficient with MS office applications and IT tools.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and adapt to situations with agility, while paying attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, strong team player, able to see the bigger picture, with the drive to constantly innovate and improve processes while simultaneously striving to ensure team upskilling.
- Think proactively and are focused on results. He/she is self-motivated, self-disciplined, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
- Additionally, you understand the value of building open, mutually trusting, and long-term relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal savvy and an eye for finding common ground and addressing performance issues in a positive though firm manner.
