Asst Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the Design Team to develop arc welding fixture designs for robotic welding solutions.
• Ensure accurate and efficient designs with appropriate engineering calculations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, project management, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
• Create manufacturing drawings with precise GD&T applications for fixture components.
• Oversee the selection and design of pneumatic circuits, gears, motors, and other standard elements.
• Contribute to the development of welding positioners, including gearboxes and motor calculations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines in all designs.
• Prepare and present detailed project progress reports to stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Expertise in arc welding fixture design and welding processes.
• Strong foundation in engineering principles, design calculations, and manufacturing costing.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D design software.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a design team.
