Analyze costs of production processes and recommend methods to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Ensure quality assurance for fuel used in operations by measuring the Calorific Value of furnace oil using a bomb calorimeter and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities and production systems.
Develop and implement maintenance standards and schedules, ensuring equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
Maintain and manage BIS documentation, including coordination with accounts for verification and record-keeping of licenses and technical certificates.
Prepare and update 2D/3D drawings in AutoCAD for plant equipment, layouts, and new product development.
Manage and report key data related to fuel efficiency, refractory life, SOPs, maintenance planning, and safety. Assist in internal audits and ensure QMS compliance.
Supervise and provide direction to technicians, and other engineers. Develop necessary training programs for them.
Oversee the implementation and communication of safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards.
Implement recommendations from external parties, such as maintenance for NG skid and hazardous waste planning.
