HR Executive (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Role & responsibilities

To manage complete life cycle of recruitment & selection (end to end recruitment)

• To Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• To conduct all levels of interview rounds of interviews - candidate profiling, salary and fitment negotiations & taking the approval from the management before sending the offer.
• To maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• To hire via different job portals, internal recruitment portal, references, advertisement, social networking sites and Headhunting.
• To maintain the database and recruitment MIS.
• To generate Recruitment reports to the management Monthly/quarterly.
• To create a pipeline of talent by best hiring strategies & practices as per organizations dynamic growth and vision.
• To handhold, onboard, orient and induct inflow of talent in the system.
• To generate Offer/Appointment Letter(s)/ ID Cards to the new joinee
• To do Induction/On-boarding formalities to the new joinee
• To facilitate in managing a successful, smooth employee life cycle in the organization.
• To carry out necessary administrative duties
• To handle the Attendance, Payroll/Compliance and Leaves in coordination with Team
