Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic influencer marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identities and campaign goals. This role involves designing diverse content assets, pitch decks, social media creatives, and marketing materials for multiple brands across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch Deck Development: Craft visually striking and persuasive pitch decks to showcase creative ideas and campaign strategies to potential and existing clients.

- Mockups and Marketing Material: Create mockups and marketing materials for brand campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and aesthetics.

- Social Media Design: Design innovative and eye-catching posts, stories, reels, and ad creatives for various Social Media platforms.

- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with brand strategists, operations team and clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through design.

- Campaign Ideation Support: Contribute creatively to brainstorming sessions, adding visual perspectives to campaign ideas.

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and social media standards to ensure fresh and innovative designs.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet the agency's quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

- Multi-brand Management: Handle multiple design projects across a diverse client portfolio efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency environment.

- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.

- Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills to interpret briefs and present ideas effectively.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their design specifications.

- Motion graphics and video editing skills are a plus.
