Curriculum Developer - Customized Teaching & Learning Materials (TLM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to create customized Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM) that address specific learning gaps identified through assessments. The role involves designing engaging and inclusive educational resources aligned with Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) goals and catering to diverse learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessment-Based Material Development:

• Analyze assessment data to identify learning gaps.
• Design and develop customized TLM to address identified needs.

2. Resource Creation:

• Develop grade-appropriate subject kits, activity handbooks, and interactive educational resources.
• Ensure resources foster active learning and student engagement.

3. Alignment and Inclusivity:

• Align materials with FLN goals and educational standards.
• Ensure inclusivity and engagement in all resources to accommodate diverse student needs.

4. Skill Development Focus:

• Promote practical application of literacy and numeracy skills.
• Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving through well-structured TLM.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing educational materials for diverse learners.
• Strong understanding of FLN goals and frameworks.
• Proficiency in creating interactive and engaging learning resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze assessment data and tailor materials accordingly.
