JD Machine Operator

Responsible to operation and maintenance FFS machine.

2. Responsible to Do Preventive Maintenance of FFS machine as per Preventive maintenance Schedule.
3. Responsible to Ensures Quality Products Are Being Filled by the FFS Machine in Conformance With
cGMP Requirements on Shift to Shift Basis.
4. Responsible to check product as per BMR limit.
5. Responsible to check Area cleaning and machine cleaning.
6. Responsible to transfer of LDPE scrap through conveyer belt.
7. Responsible to collect sample after completion at CIP/SIP.
8. Responsible to observe pressure differential, Temperature and Relative Humidity and inform to
engineering team.
9. Responsible to maintain good hygiene and safety practices.
10. Responsible to deliver optimum output from machine in the shift with respect to speed and time.
11. Responsible to resolve minor issues in term of machine setting from time to time.
12. Responsible to inform supervisor/Engineer during any breakdown where maintenance helps is
required.
13. Responsible to follow instructions for new machine/methodology in accordance with the quality
standards.
14. Responsible to undergo the various training planned by department or company and implement
the same at the workplace.
15. Responsible to take/handover of Shift Charge and if any major issue so Report to HOD.

Educational Qualification : ITI / Diploma
Experience- Injectable Plant: 01 to 07 years
Offer CTC: 2.0 to 5.0 Lakh PA
