Job Description
The project:
This is a mixed-use development including a commercial building, service apartment, and club in Mumbai.
Responsible for managing the delivery specific areas or work packages on projects, to key performance indicators (KPIs) on safety, quality, cost and programme.
Works as part of construction delivery team, building and managing relationships with trade/sub-contractors, internal and external colleagues and stakeholders.

You ll need to have:
- Bachelor s degree in architecture.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
You ll also have:
- Working towards membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
- Construction management expertise.
- Developing commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
