The project:

This is a mixed-use development including a commercial building, service apartment, and club in Mumbai.

Manages site activities, driving service excellence and Health and Safety. Supervises daily activities of a team of professionals.

You ll be responsible for:

• Partners with team/s to produce and manage delivery of site activities.

• Manages 2 week and 8 week look ahead including daily activity briefings (DABS).

• Delivers PPC planning and production control update to the wider project team.

• Manages Inspections trade to trade handovers.

• Manages and inspects quality sig off (QSO) and quality inspection and test plan (QITP).

• Reviews and signs off method statements.

• Updates facade requirements.

• Chairs and manages design meetings.

• Delivers Internal and external project reporting.

• Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Manages stakeholders.

• Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.

• Manages a team of professional roles (may include support roles), driving performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You ll need to have:

• Bachelors degree in civil.

• Experience for a project of similar nature.
