Job Description
Stadium and sports hub project in Ahmedabad.
Leads the development of strategic management plans across a programme/s or account or multiple projects, leading strategy implementation, building and managing key stakeholder relationships. Manages resources, drives the achievement of company objectives in accordance with stakeholder requirements, compliance and regulatory frameworks, ensures effective commercial business practices, tangible operational productivity and improvements.
Responsible for business growth or market positioning either through sales or growth of accounts or relationships - driving a future-proofed, sustainable business.

You ll need to have:
- Bachelor s degree in civil, MBA or PG in construction planning/management or project management.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
You ll also have:
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
- Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
- Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
