The project:

Aviation project with focus on airport structures such as terminal buildings, ATC towers, cargo terminal, hangars, metro stations, ancillary buildings, non-aeronautical buildings etc. in Ahmedabad.

Provides expert technical support to the project team, relating to the primary civil and structural works, or to whole project technical compliance.

Drives the validation of project specific proposals, plans, programmes, sequences, etc. ensuring the verification of compliance with the project brief, specifications, regulatory and Mace internal requirements.

Responsible for managing team/s of direct reports, and/or management of the engineering team deployed to the specific project, driving achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and including a continuous improvement culture.

You ll be responsible for:

• Ensures the design output is accurate and checked to ensure information is clear, achievable, buildable, conforms to preferred methods, and is available to enable efficient procurement and construction of the works.

• Develops and implements project specific dimensional control strategy, to the achievement of project specific KPIs.

• Responsible for ensuring company and project quality requirements procedures are implemented and quality standards are achieved.

• Proactively supports the interpretations of as-built surveys/installations and ensuring they are checked prior to construction of follow-on activities.

• Drives the management and production of quality assurance information, ensuring aligns to quality assurance standards and consistency.

• Provides performance management of direct/indirect reports, providing technical and career development and coaching.

• Accountability for the technical aspects of a project including driving innovations and technical developments.

• Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned. Drives transformational change.

• Manages, influences and negotiates with key senior stakeholders (up to c-suite).

• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You ll need to have:

• Bachelor s degree in civil.

• Experience of projects of a similar nature.
