Job Description
It is an upcoming more than 500 beds hospital project in Pune.
Cost management of complex works packages, managing risk and opportunity ensuring profit on packages and project. Supporting the senior commercial team members in administering the monthly commercial procedures such as cost value report.

- You will work as part of the senior construction delivery team, taking direction from construction lead and project senior leadership team, providing guidance to wider team.

- You will build a strong working relationship with your clients and support the construction lead in turning the client s vision into a deliverable onsite plan.

You ll need to have:
- Bachelor s degree in civil.
- Experience of projects of a similar nature.
You ll also have:
- Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector.
- Construction management expertise.
- Developing commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.
- Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
