Location : San Francisco Bay area, CA (3 days office, 2 days wfh)

Duration : Long Term Contract

Job Description :

- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience

- Proven experience managing onshore and offshore development teams with a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong capability in applying structured, systematic approaches to guide teams through complex and ambiguous challenges.

- Proficient in programming languages : C#, .Net, Java.

- Integration : ESB, Middleware and Data Engineering (Talend) and Microservices

- Proficiency with DevOps tools and technologies : Google Cloud CLI, Kubernetes, Docker, Code Quality and Vulnerability Metrics.

- Extensive experience with cloud services : GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Redis/MemCache).

- Strong understanding of application and service security practices and implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.

- Assign tasks, review code, and provide technical guidance.

- Design and architect scalable and maintainable software solutions.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Understand and address client requirements.

- Leverage DevOps practices to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
