M2P Fintech - Mobile App Developer - Flutter (8-11 yrs)

What You'll Do :

M2P Fintech is looking for a strong mobile app lead with expertise in developing mobile applications using Flutter technology.

The primary focus will be to implement new user interfaces and features together with automated unit and integration tests.

You will be working with our candid and collaborative team, where your knowledge and advice about application architecture and the newest mobile technologies will be highly appreciated.

The code you write will need to be cleanly organized and of the highest quality. You'll also help ensure solid application performance and an excellent user experience.

You will be responsible for solving complex, cross-functional problems with an understanding of the trade-offs between OS native applications and cross-platform solutions.

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework for cross-platform functionality.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.

- Demonstrate proficiency in either Android or iOS development alongside Flutter.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services into mobile applications.

- Understand Flutter BLOC, Provider, Riverpod and Redux pattern well.

- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

- Publish App to Play Store App Store.

- Publish the app to testing in Play Store Internal testing / App Store Test Flight.

- Publish the app in Play Store / App Store Production.

- Conduct thorough testing of applications and identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.

- Utilize debugging tools to troubleshoot and optimize application functionality.

- Utilize version control systems, such as Git, for code management.

- Implement best practices and industry standards in mobile application development.

Who You Need To Be :

- Required Skills 8+ years of proven experience in mobile application development with Flutter.

- Proficient in either Android (Java / Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/UI) development.

- Proficient in mobile application testing methodologies.

- Experience in building and deploying mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.

- A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines is essential.

- Good understanding of Dart.

- Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.

- Extensive experience with Git, JSON, RESTful APIs.

- Ability to solve problems with out of the box thought process.

- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
