Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, have an eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with our marketing and communications teams.
Responsibilities: - Designing and creating engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, flyers, emailers, Newsletters and advertisements.
- Designing UI for Website, Web Applications, Mobile Apps and Landing Pages.
- Knowledge for Typography & Color scheming and maintaining the consistency in the graphical layouts or in the campaigns.
- Collaborating with the marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines.
- Developing design briefs and presenting ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Producing drafts, concepts, and final designs within the given timeframe.
- Reviewing and refining designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
- Keeping up-to-date with emerging trends and techniques in graphic design.
- A degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD).
- Some knowledge for animated Graphics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
