The Executive Social Media, for department of Brand and Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of social media strategies to drive engagement, reach, grow the community and impact for the company s brand and marketing initiatives. This person will work closely with various groups in the BM team to develop social media campaigns that align with the company s overall marketing goals and objectives.
What You ll Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to support the company s brand and marketing initiatives.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the company s social media channels, including content creation, community management, and analytic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns that support the company s marketing goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of social media initiatives.
Stay current with emerging social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new platforms and strategies to enhance the company s social media presence.
Manage vendor relationships for social media tools and platforms.
Collaborate with BM team groups to deliver social media projects on time and within budget.
Develop and implement processes for social media content creation and approvals, ensuring that all content aligns with the company s brand and messaging.
Hands on with social media listening and analytics tools/platforms to generate audience insights and brand sentiments across geographies.
Who We Are Looking for:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Tech, Communications, or a related field from a reputed institution.
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, including experience managing social media channels, developing social media strategies, and executing social media campaigns.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and impact.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics, etc.
