Senior Accountant

Position: Full-time
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in accounting, preferably in the construction industry
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or equivalent
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and industry standards
Location: Vijayapura

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the companys financial transactions, accounts, and ledgers.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage cash flow, project-wise cost accounting, and budget control.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government agencies, and vendors.
• Supervise and guide junior accountants in financial reporting and documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Key Skills Required:

• Expertise in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial management software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in project-wise cost analysis and construction industry accounting (preferred).
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of accountants.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
