Designation:- Assistant General Manager - Compliance
Location:- New Delhi
- Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
- Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
- Develop and implement a robust risk management framework.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and reviews.
- Oversee internal and external audits.
- Conduct periodic reviews of branches and departments to ensure compliance.
- Take corrective actions to address audit findings.
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
- Create awareness about regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
- Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and irregularities.
- Prepare regular compliance reports for the management and regulatory authorities.
- Qualifications and Experience: Master's in related discipline from a recognized university.
- CAIIB certification is desirable.
- Post-qualification experience of over 10 years in the Banking or financial services sector.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Compliance, Legal, or Risk Management functions.
- Last assignment should be in a senior management grade or above for at least 3 years in a Banking or financial institution.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of banking regulations, especially RBI guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
