Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

MK Agrotech Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, conduct audits, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of regulatory standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
• Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance indicators.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax planning and filing.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Manage cash flow, investment activities, and financial planning.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Proven experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
