ABOUT THE ROLE
As Assistant Manager Accounts, he/she will be responsible for managing day to day accounting operations within the manufacturing group. This role requires a person with a clear understanding of accounting in a manufacturing environment. The Asst. Manager will ensure that day-to-day transactions is entered accurately and are in compliance with regulations, and the implementation of efficient financial practices.

Key Accounting Operations: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial and management reporting Supervise accounting teams across all companies, ensuring proper allocation of tasks and efficient workflow Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions Maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and standards Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
Cash Flow and Treasury Management:
Monitor and manage the company s cash flow, banking, and financial transactions.
ERP and Financial Systems:
Manage and enhance financial systems, ensuring their accuracy and reliability Drive improvements in ERP systems and other financial tools to streamline processes.
Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Candidate should be well versed in SAP & Tally Candidate should have a working knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance sheet, finalization and other monthly, quarterly and annual statutory obligations
Work Environment
Office-based role with occasional travel to subsidiary locations Fast paced and dynamic work environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
