As an Assistant Manager (HR), he/she should be experienced in handling HR Operations for Client employees (Employee Life cycle). Should have in-depth knowledge of human resource management Industrial Relation.

Issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation Induction Training (About Company policy, Rules regulation, reporting structure etc.) Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of documents for the candidates Updating employee data in HRIS software Maintain HR trackers like new joinees, confirmations Maintain inputs for quarterly HR dashboard Ensure On boarding for all new joinees across regions Follow-up for pre-joining formalities documentation Post joining formalities to be completed Ensure submission of all signed and scanned documents and maintain personnel files Ensure deployment of laptops to all entitled newly joined employees Visiting cards/I Cards Coordinating with the vendor for Bank Account opening for new joiners
