- Input financial data on prospective issuers to financial models (templates provided) and databases, update the same for existing holdings, and perform preliminary assessment of borrowers' assumptions, financial performance and credit metrics. Engage with borrowers and agents when necessary. Monitor the receipt of, and accuracy of, financial compliance certificates.

- Assist in the preparation of materials for the private debt annual and semi-annual reviews. Populate and update key information, update charts and the latest debt credit metrics. Add commentary on key changes that took place during the year and updates on existing risk issues.

- Provide research assistance to analysts in relation to sector overviews and ad hoc research work.

- Prepare and maintain ESG scorecards on all private placements and social housing private debt instruments.

- Support in the maintenance of our existing business databases.

- Expansion of the role with experience to cover more credit work and ad hoc business requests.

- Suggest potential improvements in the model and internal system on a regular basis.

- Act as a go-to person for all the relevant queries.

- Help manager in driving team wide initiatives.

- Identify and capture sector specific metrics by understanding the business model and developing sector specific understanding for effective analysis.
