Candidate must be a B. Tech BCA MCA BSc any discipline BE any discipline Graduate, with technical background
Basics of relevant experience in L1 technical support
Basic knowledge in Linux, SQL, Java
Good analysis & troubleshooting skills
Flexibility in shifts and readiness to support in rotational 24X7 environments, with higher rate of spontaneity
Will be a SPOC for all development project.
First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action
Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required
Co-ordination with Bank internal teams aggregators card schemes whenever required
Part of Beta testing
Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management.
