Growth Manager/Lead - Alternate Channels - Digital Channels & Marketing (5-11 yrs)

Role: Growth Manager/Lead - Alternate Channels or Lead - Digital Channels & Marketing

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (work from office role)

Responsibilities:

This role offers the chance to take the lead in developing & scaling digital channels for a NBFC to drive growth of a micro lending business (MSME) - it's a platform to innovate and build digital solutions for the real Bharat!

- Digital marketing led customer acquisition (opportunity to build out a team or work with agency)

- Grow referral & rejected database programs for customer acquisition

- Initiate other channels (not DSA/connector channel) and tie ups/partnership with affiliates

Requirements:

- Educational background - flexible, MBA preferred

- ~5 years of experience in digital marketing/digital sales, preferably in retail/consumer/financial services/lending businesses

OR

~5 years of experience in building alternate sales channels (not DSA channel) in traditional retail/consumer/financial services/lending businesses

- Prefer proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing tools (Search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM))

- Should be willing to take risk and entrepreneurial in his/her thinking
