Senior Tour Consultant

Your Role at Seventh Sky:

Key Duties

• Plan and curate holiday packages for clients based on their requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Develop itineraries for outbound tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving any issues that may arise during the trip.
  

*Key Responsibilities**:

**Consultation**: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.

- **Itinerary Planning**

: Design customized travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, and activities.

- **Sales**:

Promote and sell our range of tour packages, including Swagat 2 Turkey, our specialized brand for Turkey tours.

- **Coordination**:

Work closely with vendors, airlines, and hotels to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

- **Customer Support**: Address client queries and provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience Matters: 5+ years of experience in travel consultancy or a related field.
• Destination Mastery: Expertise in international destinations, with bonus points for knowledge of , Europe, and Southeast Asia. Usa Australia Etc
• Exceptional Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, GDS systems, and MS Office.
• Client-Focused: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in travel and tourism is preferred
