Job Description
work closely with Certified Engineer lead to establish an effective automation of processes, procedures and tools in all aspects of the program delivery.
manage and oversee various aspects of delivery including planning, critical path and dependency mapping, RAID management, governance, controls and reporting
Manage the front to back delivery of technical program solutions for the enhancements of key Certified Engineers program processes (PowerBI & Python stript).
deliver timely and concise reporting to enable senior management and stakeholders to make effective decisions.
provide business-related services and support to the stream in the areas of governance, portfolio management, portfolio planning, and tooling.
Open to a fast paced, dynamic environment with an emphasis on taking stakeholders through a Engineering learning journey.
Must have
experience in delivering on a global / cross functional strategic objectives within financial services sector.
ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in line with quality standards and budget.
proactive with keen sense to anticipate and resolve issues to keep plans on track
strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
strong attention to detail, ability to find connections between different parts of the organization and structured organization and planning skills.
strong knowledge in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, GitLab and Blueprint experience desired.
fluent in English; great communicator (written and verbal), comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
Nice to have
knowledge and PowerBI advantageous.
