Job Description
Responsibilities
Test Murex XVA & Credit Risk module (Manual and MxTest): functional and non-functional, incl. running part of End-of-Day jobs
Perform first-level analysis by understanding at high level what the module is about, what business purpose it serves
Aim to entirely remove manual tests by proactively looking at streamlining the process and automating the test execution
Work with other systems teams both on manual tests & automation test execution: understand the end-to-end process, propose alternative approach when it makes more sense for Murex
Work with Murex platforms test teams to leverage from each others test pack and expertise, avoid double work
Proactive investigating and debugging of application defects
Communicate clearly on progress, and outcome and raise blockers when needed
Skills
Must have
Total experience of 6 to 8 years in Murex Testing
At least 4-5 years of experience in MxTest
Manual testing experience
Functional knowledge of various asset classes including FXD, IRD, CRD, COM, XVA pricing, and PFE
Automation experience
working on any other automation tools like Selenium
Building test scenarios based on the Client Requirement
Assist in regression testing
Investigation of issues and raise JIRA Defects with required information
Experience working on JIRA tool
Client & Stakeholder management
Good team player
Nice to have
Credit risk experience
