Area Franchise Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with franchisees to ensure mutual success.

- Address any issues faced by franchisees promptly and effectively, offering solutions in a timely manner.

- Ensure that franchisee outlets are adhering to the guidelines, operational procedures, and legal requirements (e.g., health & safety regulations).

- Support franchisees in meeting or exceeding sales targets by providing insights, strategies, and resources to drive foot traffic and sales.

- Gather and share feedback on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to aid in strategic decision-making.

- Assist franchisees in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, product quality, and store ambiance.

- Monitor and assess the revenue generation of franchisee outlets, identifying areas for potential growth.
