Key skills for the job
1. The incumbent should have expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, OD Intervention, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Performance Management System
2. Should have expertise in contract labour management and Employee relation including grievance handling
3. Should have knowledge on ERP, (such as SF/ Workday etc)
4. Should be a good team player, Competent enough in interpersonal Skills, Stakeholder Management and possess excellent communication Skills
5. Should have knowledge on labour laws applicable to manufacturing setup.
Relevant experience: 5 to 7 years in Human resources Management.
