Electromechanical Engineer

• BTech/MTech Electro-Mechanical Engineer preferably from Premiere Institutes with a strong technical background
• 8-10 years of work experience in PV Panel industry
• Strong background in PV Panels and their downstream components.
• Knowledge and experience with relevant guidelines including IEC and UL standards.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD / Creo is a must.
• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for analyzing statistical data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment

Job Description

• New technology and Product selection for new projects including Solar cells and its downstream components.
• Component engineering of all the downstream components of PV modules including Glass, Busbars, EVA, Backsheet, Sealant, Junction box, wires, and Frames
• Component engineering of the PV module mounting components for roof top and ground mounting applications.
• Create Engineering Detailed Design & Bill of Material preparation.
• Manufacturing Process Control, New Product development, Work Instructions, Incoming Quality and In-line inspection definitions.
• Defect Reduction, Root cause analysis, PV Reliability Engineering & R&D, Test protocol development through and innovative test set up including analytical & experiment-based prediction modelling.
• Stay on top of Photovoltaic Technology trends.
• Collaboration with Industry leaders and institutions for the new technology adoptions.
• Contribute to publishing of journal papers and technical report writing.
