Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior ASP.NET Faculty member with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram

This role is available as a full-time or part-time position and involves educating students on advanced ASP.NET technologies and frameworks

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for teaching

Work time is 9 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday and Sunday off.

Qualifications And Skills

Proven work experience of 1 to 3 years as an ASP.NET Faculty or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework (Mandatory skill).

Strong proficiency in SQL Server for database management and application integration.

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript.

Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs for application services.

Understanding of MVC Design Pattern and its implementation in web applications.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Passion for teaching and willingness to mentor students to enhance their skills.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive ASP.NET lectures and training materials to students.

Design curriculum and educational programs tailored to students' needs and skill levels.

Assess and provide feedback on students' progress, skills, and learning outcomes.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into teaching methodologies.

Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistent high-quality education delivery.

Guide and mentor students on project development and implementation using ASP.NET.

Facilitate practical workshops to reinforce theoretical concepts and ensure hands-on learning.

Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement.

Engage in team outings and team lunches for enhancing team collaboration.
