Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) CDI, CDQ, CAI Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration solutions using Informaticas Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). This role requires a deep understanding of data management principles, cloud technologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Implementation:
   
   
• Lead the design and implementation of data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration solutions using IICS (CDI, CDQ, CAI).
  
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflows to ensure efficient data movement and transformation.
  
• Architect and implement data quality frameworks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  
2. Technical Leadership:
   
   
• Act as the technical lead for IICS projects, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, business analysts, and developers, to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
  
• Define best practices, standards, and guidelines for IICS implementations.
  
3. Client Engagement:
   
   
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Provide expert advice on data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration strategies.
  
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
  
4. Project Management:
   
   
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
   
   
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IICS, cloud technologies, and data management.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.
  
• Contribute to the development of LumenData’s data management offerings and thought leadership.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Experience:
  
  
• 8+ years of experience in data integration, data quality, and cloud application integration.
  
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including CDI (Cloud Data Integration), CDQ (Cloud Data Quality), and CAI (Cloud Application Integration).
  
• Proven experience in leading IICS projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with IICS.
  
• Experience with LumenData’s methodologies and tools is a plus.
  
• Technical Skills:
  
  
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
  
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data security best practices.
  
• Familiarity with API management and RESTful services.
