Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. The manager will also be responsible for statutory reporting in several countries in the EMEA region, financial statement audit support, corporate income tax support and VAT tax support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily accounting compliance operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Provide financial analysis and support to business decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CA, CMA, ACCA will be preferred
• Professional accounting certification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Polish preferred
