Pricing Analyst I

Job description:

The Pricing Analyst I works closely with the sales organization to generate pricing quotes, on behalf of sales reps according to stated RFP and SLA for response time and accuracy, utilizing internal sales systems to assist with the sales process.

This role also involves supporting creation of complex and/or large renewal quotes, identifying and sharing opportunities to improve quoting system functionality, supporting the Support Desk, as needed, by cross-training on systems and products and participating in training to stay current on existing products, learn upcoming products and mentoring team members on latest changes to the product configurations and on interactions with sales teams.

The candidate must possess following skills and must be hands on in these skills:

• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time with minimal supervision
• Mentoring and providing work guidance to team on Quoting and Pre Sales support
• Work experience in backend Sales/business process (Must have)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Working experience on MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented and ability to perform multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, pro-active, and results-oriented professional 
• Ability to work with complex databases and systems

• Develop effective working relationships with peers, sales team and across organizational lines
• Work experience on pricing/quoting of Telecom products
• Rotational Shifts and USA working days coverage involved
