Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Technical understanding of Semiconductor i.e. Active & Passive parts, PCB & PCBA. (ex. Capacitor, Resistor, Inductors, diodes etc).
- Validate & Negotiate the quotations as per defined process.
- Discuss & maintain the Price matrix for local and overseas suppliers.
- Validate & maintain the costing as per defined costing norms.
- Working closely with Semiconductor suppliers & plants to generate & drive VA-VE & cost saving proposals.
- Sending RFQ to optimize the BOM costing and Preparing cost comparison sheets.
- Providing updates on New technologies and conduct tech-shows.
- Preparation of MIS and data management.
