This will include Creation of full product assembly in system, Preparation of BOM as per customer requirement, Preparation of schematics & wiring diagram, Design & development of new features, validation by prototype and testing. The job holder will bring his professional expertise and knowledge in all aspects of MV/LV Switchgear
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. To plan and execute the allocated activities of contracts within specified timeline
2. Follow design processes developed by Lucy engineering team and issue drawings, bill of material using the Lucy CAD system
3. To design part and assembly keeping cost to a minimum and without compromising the quality
4. Arrange to build the prototype to validate new requirements before implementing in design
5. To prepare schematics and wiring as per customer requirement
6. To provide the required data to configurator team for feeding to configurator
JOB CONTEXT:
The position is responsible to execute contract related activities which is define through configurator once contract awarded. Working as a key member within the team, who collectively execute all the necessary activities to maintain, improve and optimize customer requirements considering the commercial and profitability aspects. Responsible for prototype trials to validate new requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical
Minimum Experience: Min. 8 years of experience in similar role and industry.
Knowledge about MV/LV Switchgear, Application Engineering of switchboards, RMUs & LV Board.
Job-Specific Skills: Understanding of customer needs, understanding of switchgear products & its applications, Understanding of schematics and wiring, ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
