Job Description
- Perform/Monitors electrical tests on RMU 11 kV to 36 kV.
- Read and analyze electrical schematics, assembly drawings & component drawings.
- Preparation of test certificate, inspection documents, Witness certificate.
- Analyze and troubleshoot on in house rejection in testing using appropriate engineering calculations, analysis tools.
- RCA Analysis of Customer complaint and submission of CAPA report.
- Record & monitor Testing data on weekly basis.
- Carrying out Customer inspection & close all the hold points
- Carrying out Final inspection daily basis shift wise
- Daily rejection meeting with Shop operators & testing operators.
- Day wise plan Electrical testing as per monthly manufacturing plan
- Prepare QMS, EMS and OHSAS system documentation and provides quality performance trends
- Provide Training to LV Testing operators & shop floor operators.
- Maintaining 100% safety and appropriate compliance in Testing/Inspection activity.
Tasks
- Weekly shift planning.
- Daily workload planning based on units available for inspection.
- Daily review of rejections & communications to Production/QA team.
