Maintenance of HEMM machinery like Cat Shovel-6018, Komatsu Pc-600LC, Cat Dozer-D9R, Komatsu Dozer-275a & D85, Revathi drill machine 750C Tadano -Gr700ex & gr-300ex Loader liugong 856, Car Dumper -777D &773E,Mining Machinery Maintenance

Responsibility:
Maintain and repair a fleet of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) including:
Dozers (Cat D9R, Komatsu D275A & D85)
Loaders (Liugong 856)
Shovels (Cat 6018, Komatsu PC-600LC)
Drill Rigs (Revathi 750C)
Cranes (Tadano GR-700EX & GR-300EX)
Haul Trucks (Cat 777D & 773E)
Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the equipment.
Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance practices.
Maintain detailed service records for each machine.

Tasks and Duties:
Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance checks as per manufacturer's recommendations and company protocols. This may include:
Checking and topping up fluid levels (engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc.)
Greasing fittings
Inspecting filters and replacing them as needed
Checking tire pressure and wear
Inspecting belts and hoses for cracks or damage
Performing visual inspections for leaks, loose components, and damage
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
Perform repairs on various mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Replace worn-out parts and components.
Conduct minor and major overhauls as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while working on machinery.
Report any safety hazards or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
May assist with training new personnel on HEMM maintenance procedures.
