Job Description: Sales Executive for Chimney Hobs
Position Title: Sales Executive - Chimney Hobs
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team
and help drive sales of our premium chimney hobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting
our chimney hob products to both residential and commercial markets. This position requires
strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development:
o Identify and target potential Retailers in the market.
o Actively generate leads through various methods such as cold calling,
networking, and attending industry events.
o Present and promote the companys range of chimney hobs to prospective
clients.
o Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat
business.
• Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, specifications, and trends
related to chimney hobs.
o Provide in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to customers,
ensuring they understand the benefits and functionalities of the products.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
o Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
o Track sales progress and generate reports for senior management.
o Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
• Customer Support:
o Address any customer queries or concerns regarding products or services.
o Assist in the installation process or coordinate with the installation team to
ensure customer satisfaction.
o Ensure post-sales support and follow-up to maximize customer retention.
• Market Analysis:
o Research competitor products, market trends, and customer preferences.
o Analyze customer feedback and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
o Help in identifying new market opportunities and product improvement areas.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
o Proven experience in sales, preferably within the home appliances orkitchen
equipment.
o Experience in selling chimney hobs or similar products is a plus.
• Skills:
o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
o Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
o Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Knowledge:
o Basic understanding of chimney hob functionalities and related kitchen
appliances.
o Familiarity with installation processes and technical specifications is an
advantage.
• Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
