Job Description
- Candidate with good knowledge of office management and procedures
- She will have to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk
- She will be the face of the school for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
- Candidate to have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined
- Candidate should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information
- A customer-oriented approach is essential
- Bachelors degree with proficiency in written and spoken English
- Well versed with Office 365 portal and highly proficient in MS Excel
