Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the SAP testing activities for various modules, including MDM (Master Data Management), FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), and Retail.

- Conduct functional testing to ensure the alignment of SAP systems with business requirements and processes.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

- Manage and execute test cycles, ensuring defects are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.

- Review test plans and strategies, and ensure all testing activities are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

- Mentor and guide junior testing resources, sharing best practices and strategies for SAP testing.

Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of overall experience with a strong focus on SAP testing.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP MDM, FICO, Retail, and Functional Testing.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and testing processes.

- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques for SAP applications.

- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate between different teams and stakeholders.
