Role Overview
As part of our Recruitment team, 100pins is looking for talented interns to assist in our hiring efforts for a 3-month period. Our team is dedicated to connecting top talent with the right opportunities while ensuring a seamless hiring process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Candidate Outreach: Call prospective candidates daily to discuss job opportunities, assess their interest, and gather necessary details.
2. Database Management: Update and maintain recruitment spreadsheets with accurate candidate information, application status, and interview feedback.
3. Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. Email Follow-Ups: Send follow-up emails to candidates regarding their application status, interview details, and post-interview feedback.
5. Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team with additional tasks as needed, such as posting job ads etc.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Comfortable making daily calls to potential candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and tracking.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is preferred.

STIPEND & DURATION

• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month (Full-time)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
